Wow! Notch Gives $3 Million To Employees. Awesome!

If you didn’t think Notch was the bomb before you will after reading this. You will also probably be wishing you were a Mojang employee right about now.

notch gives 3 million to employees

Markus Persson (AKA Notch) gave close to 3 million big ones to Mojang employees according to a tweet sent.  He feels that the Mojangstas (name he calls Mojang employees) are “a massive part of the reason Mojang is the best place on earth to work at right now.”  Mojang currently has 25 employee so if the $3 million was divided among them evenly each will receive $120,000. Wow! Imagine what you can do with that kind of cash.

His employees are showing gratitude too as seen from the tweet by Carl and Daniel. It is no wonder why Carl and the other employees think Mojang is the best company in the world.

happy mojang employees

This very large gesture really shows how much Notch cares about his employees, the culture of the company and yes of course Minecraft. Happy employees make for hard working employees which is good news for us. That means we should be seeing a lot of great Mojang games and Minecraft updates coming out of these happy, hard working employees.

What do you think about Notch giving $3 Million to his employees? Would you love to work at Mojang?
